1. Content that contains or links to: bestiality or child pornography (involving real children, not fictional characters).
2. Content that condones, promotes, contains, or links to warez, cracks, hacks, their associated utilities, or other piracy-related information, whether for educational purposes or not.
3. Content that has been promoted through the sending of unsolicited email (spamming) or mail fraud schemes, or pages that promote or condone the sending of unsolicited email. Users who utilize Vox Populli resources, including e-mail addresses and email lists, for spam are also subject to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
4. Content which harasses, threatens, defames, or abuses others or promotes or incites hate of any individual or group.
5. Content that exploits images of children under 18 years of age or links to any site that does so.
6. Content that posts or discloses personal identification information or private information of individuals under the age of 13 or in connection with materials directed toward individuals under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent.
7. Content that provides, sells, or offers to sell the following: controlled substances, illegal drugs and drug contraband, alcohol, weapons, pirated materials, programs to attack others, illegal goods, instructions on making, assembling, or obtaining illegal goods or weapons, information used to break copyright or trademark violations, to destroy others' property, or to harm any people or animals.
8. Abuse of bandwidth: Any site or email address that uses an excessively proportionately higher share of the Vox Populli bandwidth allowance will be removed. The determination of proportionate levels of bandwidth and/or excessive files sizes is at the sole discretion of Vox Populli.
9. Any other content or behavior which impairs the overall use and full enjoyment of Populli.net by visitors to other sites on this domain. Any content or behavior that that Populli.net determines is objectionable or a misuse of the offered services.

Determination of what content or behavior violates the TOS is solely at the discretion of Populli.net and that determination is final. If any account at Populli.net is found to be violating any term of service, it may be terminated immediately and any fees paid for any services at Populli.net will be retained in full as penalty for the violation(s). Any future request for services at Populli, free or pay, will be refused.

Populli.net provides space for hosting websites, email addresses and email lists but makes no implied or express warranties about the reliability of this space or related services. Populli.net is not responsible for any deletion, alteration, or loss of data due to network or system outages, file corruption, accidental deletion, or any other reasons. Populli.net makes no guarantees about server reliability, speed, or consistency, and cannot be held liable for such.

Users are responsible for regularly monitoring and creating backups of their own files, email messages, and/or email list archives and agree to use the Populli.net resources and infrastructure at their own risk. This service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Neither Populli.net nor its owner makes any warranty with respect to any content, information, services, or products provided through or in conjunction with this service.

Populli.net and its owner make no guarantee of the accuracy, correctness, or completeness of any information on these websites, email lists or email sent out from any Populli.net email addresses and are not responsible for any errors or omissions arising from the use of such information; any failures, delays, or interruptions in the delivery of any content or services contained on our servers; or losses or damages arising from the use of the content or services provided.

If you terminate your account at Populli, refunds of any fees paid for additional website space or for resold accounts are limited to complete unused months, partial months cannot be refunded as my webhost will not refund it to me. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of cancellation request. Refunds are processed only thru Paypal, a valid email address must be provided in the cancellation request.

Each user is responsible for building and updating his/her web page and/or email list, and regularly backing up any related data.

This TOS is subject to change without notice and all changes apply to all current websites and lists immediately and retroactively. It is your responsibility to check here on a regular basis.
